•Acceptance, Responsibility, and Defenselessness

We accept that this moment is as it should be; we take responsibility for what we see and experience; and we relinquish the need to defend our point of view. In essence, we surrender to our most intuitive state of innocence. In this state of least effort, we become one with the universe, as innocently as a raindrop joins the sea, and a cloud melts into the sky.
